Deferred Deletion Not Functioning on QERPickedItem

QERPickedItem is used for attestations. Any reuse for different purposes might hit some constraints or restrictions (as always).

Do you mind sharing the version you are using and the error message? That would help the community to find a solution for you.

The version is 9.2.1.

I need to track identities that changed their Profit Center within the last month as part of an Attestation Policy I’m creating. The goal is to have managers attest their accounts every month.

To achieve this, I used the QERPickedItem table. However, when I set deferred deletion to 1 day, the records were not deleted as expected.

Do I need to complete the attestation (approve or deny) for deferred deletion to take effect, or is there an additional configuration required?

If you run an attestation based on your picked items (samples), the samples are removed when the attestation is finally decided. There should be no need to use deferred deletions.

how is the QERPickedItem removed? 

I have the case, where all PWOs of an identity should be attestated after department change. The execution works fine but after all decision are done, the QERPickedItem entry won't be removed.

Are you using an attestation policy collection or a single attestation policy? 

Did you set the flag "Remove items after attestation run" at the sample definition (QERPickCategory)?

The customizer removes the sample items (QERPickedItems) after successfully creating the attestation run.

Yes, the flag ist active. If I'm using the scheduler the list will be cleared but  if I'm using "run attestation case for single object" it isn't removed.

If I'm using the  "Run attestation case for single object", the entry from QERPickedItems is not removed. only if I'm using the scheduler.

How is everything going now?
