when synchronising SAP HR, we get the message ‘Target:"SAP" Method:"_GetPerson" Number:"2154139" Message:"Error: LEAVING_DATE_NOT_FOUND" ’ for (almost) every object.
After consultation with the SAP team and many traces, it turns out that the customer usually does not maintain a leaving date, i.e. if the BAPI HR_LEAVING_DATE is called directly, it does not return a result.
A leaving date is only maintained in HR if it is operationally necessary. The problem does not occur for persons for whom the leaving date is maintained, so the rights are OK
The sync of ~ 9000 people takes > 6 hours. The behaviour can be reproduced in the Target System Browser, loading a single object takes ~ 10 seconds.
