After upgrading from 9.1 version 9.2 versio of One Identity version I am facing the below error for web portal.

An error occurred while loading the project assembly Webapp_VI_StandardWeb_Debug_APQRynh3kiLqk84dMHLcX243oBUMn0TzfQ. Could not load file or assembly 'VI.WebRuntime, Version=9.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5d0660cde5b231fd' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Did you check the assemblies on the web server? Looks like the web portal hasn't been updated fully to 9.2.

Could you please give me some insight on best practice to update web portal, I tried to update it from One Identity monitor web, but it is showing permission issue
