Tasks are stuck in JobQueue afetr restoring a database

Hello,

I have restored a One Identity Manager 9.1 database in a development environment.
I have installed and configured the job servers.
However, none of the tasks in the job queue are being processed anymore, and they remain in the state (Runtime Status = True) in the jobQueue.

Do you have any idea why this might be happening?

I also see this warning in the job server logs:


2025-06-10 17:25:15.9143 WARN (Jobservice) : Constrain access to encrypted configuration properties on the service account.

Would you like help troubleshooting these issues?
