Manage application roles dynamic rules from Angular web portal

You didn't mention the version you are using, but I checked 9.2 and was able to create a dynamic role for automatic memberships in an application role.

Where in the portal are you able to manage app roles' dynamic rules?

As an owner of an Application Role, open the Application Role via "Owned application roles", switch to tab Memberships and choose Automatic Memberships.

Ok, got it, so it is possible to edit application roles if you're the manager or additional manager but only on the Responsibilities menu.

It is possible indeed to manage business roles from the Data administration > Data explorer tool on the web portal. However a similar section for application roles doesn't exits. I think it has to be included in the web portal as Service Desks and Help Desks usually wants to manage permission for all applications, including One Identity application.
