One Identity Manager client freezing

Hello community!


After updating to version 9.2, we encountered an issue where the One Identity Manager application freezes when using the "Assign Identities" option on all client computers.

For example, when I try to add a person to an App Role and use the "Assign Identities" from the task menu, the client freezes. However, Task Manager on Windows shows that the application is not consuming excessive resources.

As a workaround, I can do the opposite—go to the Person and assign the App Role there—but this isn’t always convenient.

Could you please suggest why this freezing might be happening? As I mentioned, the freezing issue only appeared after updating to version 9.2.

I even installed the client on a clean OS, but it didn’t help.
