Version: 9.2.1
While customizing the SCN module by adding additional attributes to the ticket creation process, we’ve observed an issue:
The process step involving the CreateTicket task does not appear to be passing the newly configured values when creating a ticket in the Create ServiceNow Ticket step.
Specifically, the newly added attributes are not visible in the JobqueueInfo parameters window.
Has anyone else experienced this behavior or could kindly verify if it's reproducible on their end?
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
