In the old web portal managers could choose their subordinate and view all requests made for that identity. Other people, with access rights to Responsibilities | Auditing | Identities | requests, could also view all requests made for a chosen identity.
In the new web portal (9.2.2), managers can still view all requests for a subordinate identity, but no other, as fas as I can see. If you navigate to Data administration | Data explorer | Identities, and choose an identity, you can see Overview, Attestation, Rule violation, Hyperview, Organizational chart, History, but not Requests. I cannot find any config parameters for this in the admin portal. Surely there is some OOTB functionality for this that I have missed?
Request history could possibly be used, but I cannot find where to edit the queryfor identities shown, as I would have to limit borth what idenitites are shown, and the remove the possibiltiy to edit (all) requests shown.
