Hello,
I'm facing a rather strange issue that I can't seem to explain.
In our pre-production environment, we're running OIM 9.2.1 on Windows Server 2019 with SQL Server 2019.
A few days ago, I updated SQL Server 2019 with the latest cumulative update. Checked all is working..
Then, I upgraded the database to SQL Server 2022 (as per the documentation, OIM 9.2.1 supports both SQL Server 2019 and 2022).
However, since the upgrade, nothing is working anymore. I get the message:
“Database Agent service is booting right now...” in all the tools (manager etc..)
and no tasks are being processed — all tasks are stuck in JobQueue.net.
I've verified everything: job servers (via JobConfigurator), database IDs, etc., but I couldn't find anything that might indicate the cause of the problem.
I also set the logs to Trace level, but no errors or anomalies appear. done many restarts etc..
Has anyone experienced this kind of issue (upgrading SQL Server to a newer version)?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
