DB Queue Processor Stuck on some processes

Hey Everyone I have OIM 9.3

Right now I noticed the DB Queue we have is having ton of processes that are trying to process for almost a week now and nothing has ever processed from it.

I also noticed that this is making every other process getting stuck from its scheduled date.

I tried to: Disable DBQueue Processor from Emergency stop / Restarting SQL Agent from DB Servers however everything seems normal there / Reinstalling the Job-Queue service.

    Is there anything in the System Journal that points to why the process is looping?

    We do have one of our 4 environments that has issues with schema extensions (transported or direct) with a process that gets just loops for eternity.
