Why is this necessary?
I imported a OI Hotfix Transportpackage with two dlls. Beforehand i activated both flags IsToBackup and NeverUpdate on both corresponding QBMFileRevision-Records. This led to new QBMFileRevisions in the database but they were not distributed on any server. I restored both flags on both files back to false. This didn't lead to a distribution of the newer files.
How can i retrigger the software distribution process?
