Disabling AD account (ADSAccount.AccountDisabled)

Hello,

Can anyone advice me on the below issue.

Am pushing a value "1" to ADSAccount.AccountDisabled, I can see DB and Manager(Check mark) shows updated by a sync job.

QER\Person\TemporaryDeactivation

But the AD account is not getting disabled.

When I tried the same by updating Person.isTemporaryDisabled, it works.

Any suggestions why ADSAccount.AccountDisabled is not triggering to AD.
