Handle Temporary assignments for SAPUserInSAPGroup v6

Hi there,

i want to set up temporary SAPUserInSapGroup-Assignments via Manager or Web in v6.

The db- schema has the fields ValidFrom and ValidTo in the Table SAPUserInSAPGroupTotal. Also the Task "change roles" in the  SAPComponent has the parameters From_dat and To_dat.

But there are no fields in SAPUserInSAPGroup and no GUI for it. I don't understand why. Is this only implemented for the sync? 

Did anybody had the same requirements and did a custom implementation?

    I'm not shure I understan correctly what you want  but is it not the simpest way to assign SAP Group to ESET role and temporary assign that to user or request it with an end date!?

    Hi and thx for your reply,

    yes, both is possible, but it think this causes a lot of scheduler overhead. I don't want to use the IT-Shop in this case because of to much dependencies and i don't want to create an Eset each of the approx 200000 SAPGroups.

    I would like to implement this directly on SAPUserinSAPGroup or rather i hope there was some kind of ootb-functionality. As there are these values (ValidFrom/Until) in the total-table why they are not in the table for direct assignments and why the scheduler does handle this. :-(
