D1IM 6.1.3 - QuickConnect for SAP: LDAP user accounts: Name is a compulsory field and needs to be filled.

We are using QuickConnect for SAP 2.3.0 and the Dell One Identity Manager 6.1.3. Each user get an account in a LDAP directory.

If we try to import user informations from SAP into D1IM and the first or lastname is changing, we get the following error message during the sync into D1IM:

Could not save object Employees (King, James).
Could not save object LDAP user accounts ( [King James]).
LDAP user accounts: Name is a compulsory field  and needs to be filled.

How we can solve this issue if a part of his name was changed in the source?

    Hi,

    The 'Name' field being referenced as compulsory is the 'cn' attribute on LDAPAccount.

    Please take a look at the template on that attribute to see what it is doing and whether a value is passed by QC for cn.
