D1IM integration with SAP

Hi all,

I was able to integrate D1IM 6.1.3 to SAP R/3, I was able to perform a recon and get the users, roles and groups from SAP.

I am not able to understand what to do next:

How should I make the roles visible in ITShop(GUI), do I have to create business roles for that?

I assigned one SAP Role to a System Role and that System Role inturn to a Business Role(we are working on business roles only for other applications).

And when I assigned that role to a user my expectation was that the user will get created in SAPUser table and things will start from their.

But nothing,

I may sound a bit confused... it is because I am. I a not able to understand how to proceed with making the SAP roles requestable and I was not able to find anything related to this in the documentation.

Any help related to this will be appretiated.
