Anyone out there managed to do any direct integration with ServiceNow using a custom workflow?
What we hoped to achieve is that each time a user resets their password, a auto-log/auto-close ticket is generated in ServiceNow. This helps us from a central reporting perspective to see all password resets completed within and outside the tool. A REST API is available for ServiceNow that we hoped to use.
We also looked into emailing ServiceNow using a workflow but there would be work on the ServiceNow side for it to auto-interpret the messages into tickets.
Anyone had an experience of this?
