Using the $Global handle

Can you explain how I might create the $Global handle in the SDK sample? The SDK chm file I have makes a reference to it, but I am unable to read the html pages embedded in it for some reason.

You don't have to worry about creating $global. It is made available to you by the Password Manager runspace. You can call it without declaring it.
