Secure Password Extension Splash Screen / Custom URL

Hi,

We have the requirement to put a splash screen (with user guidance) before the self-service portal is loaded, and have this screen load when a user clicks the forgotten password link in the Secure Password Extension.

I've tried updating the "Specify URL path to the Self-Service site" (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Dell\Password Manager\SelfServiceURL) setting but when I click the SPE link top open password manager I get a "service not available" message.

Unfortunately out of the box there is no option to have a instructional splash screen popup before connecting to the self-service site. To accomplish this custom development would need to be engaged.

Regarding not being able to connect using the force URL path here is a solution which may assist with that setup:
