  • Hello,

Can I have you run through the following steps:

    1.  Stop the Passwordmanager service

    2.  Make a copy of "C:\ProgramData\One Identity\Password Manager\Local.storage"

    3.  Open "Local.storage" in a text editor (i.e. Notepad), search for "certificateThumbprint" and delete the value between the quotes (" ")

    4.   Restart the Password Manager service.

    Thanks
