I have been told that SSPR has a feature for passcode when resetting password, can anyone provide a link of instructions on how to enable?
Passcodes are generated in the PMHelpdesk site by a HelpDesk agent and provided to the end user.
The user enters the code generated and provided by the HelpDesk agent, and once validated, the user can proceed to the next step (i.e. change password).
