upgrade of version to 5.9.5

Hello Team,

I am new to password manager solution so looking for some leads.

After upgrading to version 5.9.5 , PM is not accessible.

Log from path E:\Logs\One Identity\Password Manager says as below

How can I find the SQL server details and where can I check the connection details?

  • In the PMAdmin site, navigate to Reporting.

    Select "Edit Connections" and then run through the wizard to confirm settings.

    If that doesn't work, click "Disconnect Servers" to remove the connection.

    Then click "Edit Connections" and run through the wizard to create a new database.
