configuring VNC settings SPS

I already has, but the support said that I have a environmental Issue and its not included in support.

I have tested the configuration in two different environment but it doesn't work.

In my actual environment all my VMs ( include two VM for VNC and SPS) are in same VLAN, there is no traffic passing through the firewall.

and when I test VNC connection without using SPS as a proxy, the connection is working.

I am really confiused.

Did you try with a different VNC client other than RealVNC?

From your service request history, the investigation shows that SPS will proxy the data to the client, but it never receives any answer back then it times out, therefore, to rule out a specific client issue, we suggested trying a different VNC client even if this one works when bypassing SPS.

I have tried UltraVNC, the support said that the client is not initiating the connecting and they ask me to try another client.

So I have tried RealVNC, but I have an issue when configuring the proxy in realVNC,I have tested both proxies HTTP and SOCKS5 and always I have the error "Unable to use the configured proxy"

=> when I bypass SPS with both client, it work perfectly.

Could you try using SPS IP in the VNC Server field instead of the proxy?
