I'm new in SPS and VNC.
I recently define a rule to control VNC connection in SPS.
Can anyone please guide me how to rotate VNC connection to pass through SPS.
I'm really blocked.
If you have configured the VNC connection in SPS as per the Admin guide and still having issues, then I would suggest to raise a support service request via the portal support.oneidentity.com to investigate this issue further and please make sure to include a support bundle for analysis.

As you mentioned, my configuration in SPS are correct and I still have some issue connecting SPS to VNC.
I have already raise a case and the support has reply that I'm facing an issue in the client (VNC client) and this issue is not part of one identity support. So I have to find a solution by my self.
