RDP: DC refused user authentication

I have a problem with RDP connections via the gateway. Looking in the logs, I have this.

2021-12-22T07:41:33+01:00 gw-iam.domain zorp/scb_rdp[1470]: ntlm.error(1): (svc/7E5VBUwNazaSWbij6gwhQe/RDP_Internal:32/tsg): DC refused user authentication; user='jean.admin', domain='DOMAIN', workstation='gw-iam', reason='WBC_ERR_AUTH_ERROR', nt_message='NT_STATUS_NO_TRUST_SAM_ACCOUNT', display_string='The SAM database on the Windows Server does not have a computer account for this workstation trust relationship.'

Have you ever encountered this problem ?

Hi,

This error seems to be related to the Domain Controller side rather than an SPS side issue.

Could possibly be a DC replication issue if the computer account for this target machine was missing for some reason.

I would suggest investigating this on the DC side further.
