IPMI port

Hi Dario,

For SPP:
the BMC\IPMI would allow the admin to access the Kiosk console to perform recovery tasks in case Web \Desktop UI access was failing. Also allow an admin to manage the power state of the SPP appliance without access to the SPP UI

For SPS:
The IPMI allows system administrators to monitor the system health of SPS and to manage the computer events remotely, independently of the operating system of SPS.
