You may check the logs under Basic Settings > Troubleshooting > View Log files > Select RDP and click view then reproduce the issue to see if you can identify any errors.
If you have updated the license, make sure to restart all service under Basic Settings > System > Traffic Control > All services: Restart then test again if any difference?
If the issue persists, then we suggest to open a service request and provide a support bundle with reproduction as per the KB here:
