We have checked and it's not a network problem.

Could be a Health Probe check ? Do you have another port to check with probe that is not 443 ?

No, but, why when a node is removed from the cluster, it's functioning and when joined not ? 

I would expect the configuration to be the same while joined to the cluster and after a node is removed from the cluster unless something else is changed after removing the node from the cluster.

This needs a bit more troubleshooting so I would recommend investigating this further via the support case.
