After KB5018410 is applied on Windows 10 machines, users are not able to establish sessions via SPS. Only solution is to uninstall it. Does anyone face the same issue?

Does KB5018410 break RDP outside of SPS as well? if so then this is possibly a Microsoft related issue.
If RDP only fails via SPS then I would suggest to contact One Identity Support with reproduction of the issue.
