Can i specify the access permission for audit trail for defined target systems or users?

even on SPP from activity center if appicable?

As mentioned above, the option for (Creating rules for restricting access to search audit data) in SPS allows you to specify a search query so that only the specific results from that query will be accessible, as per the admin guide:

In the Query field, enter the correct query syntax to define which audit data this user group can access.

For SPP, this would be an enhancement request as there are currently no granular auditor permissions per Asset or User for Activity Center reports.
