We are running SPP 8.0.0 in cloud environment
We have connected SPP to Entra ID through Starling.
We have created some Directory User Groups in SPP that are linked to Entra ID security groups through Starling.
Starling is the Type and Directory name for the User Groups
At creation time, the user group in SPP are populated with the current users in the Entra ID group.
We have noticed that when users are added or removed in the Security groups in Entra ID it can take up to 60 minutes until this is synched into SPP.
There is a Directory Sync job towards the Starling Directory in the Activity Center in SPP that is run every 60 minutes.
For the other assets, like the AD connection there is a ‘sync additions every’ attribute that can be configured. The default seems to be 15 minutes.
But we cannot find where we can change the 60 minutes that the Starling connection has between the synchronization tasks.
Can this time be configured?
If so how is that done?
