RemoteAPP and domain accounts

Hello,

as you know is it possible to select a domain account as scope of an ARP.

I need to use remote app and connect to the jump host server with userA and then reach an url using userB, but when I insert the domain account as scope, I don't see the request available.

Any advices?

Hi Sabino,

The Domain Accounts would be defined in the Security tab as either Linked Account or Directory Account.

The Scope allows adding Domain Accounts only for a specific use-case where Linked Accounts is used AND when the option "Enable scope filtering for linked accounts" is selected in order to limit the number of requestable linked accounts to only the ones which are also defined in the scope.

Otherwise, Domain Accounts would not be defined in the Scope tab and are configured as part of the "Asset-Based Session Access"
