I read the Office365 Admin Guide. I'm in a Hybrid Environment. From reading the documentation it really seems like in a Hybrid Environment the integration of Active Roles doesn't buy much. So far the only thing I have come up with is the ability to license a user. They documentation says most other things would be greyed out since ideally things would be synced with AD Connect.
Is there something else that AR can do with Azure Integration that I am missing?
