How to rename the Full Name of User object?

HI , I am using Active Roles 7.2 in our environment. To rename the user object, usually it is performed from Active Directory Users and Computers (DSA.msc) by right clicking the user object and select rename. This opens up the field Full Name.

We would like to enable this feature in ARS Web for our helpdesk team to be able to rename the Full Name. Can you please let us know how we can accomplish this in ARS WEB ?

    The extra permissions required to change Full Name (aka Property Name: name, LDAP Name: name, NOT Property Name: Name, LDAP Name: cn), 

    This is shown within the OOTB access template "CN=Users - Rename,CN=Advanced,CN=Active Directory,CN=Access Templates,CN=Configuration"

    If you need them to be able to change other attributes you'll need to grant those permissions also.
