I have followed the documentation for part 1 and 2 in the documentation below, but I am still not able to see Azure AD only users. We have a hybrid setup and I can see some Azure AD only groups not sure why. I can see licensing and Azure AD Roles, so it appears that it is working. I also configured the backsync in the Active Roles Synchronization service and it shows many users and groups from Azure that won't be mapped, not sure if that is related to why I can't see the Azure AD only objects.
I can create Azure AD only groups and users from the Active Roles web but they don't show up in Active Roles web afterwards.
