Managed Domains

We have setup ARS on domain ABC and its working fine using a service account with domain admin permission. 

Additionally we have added domain XYZ with a separate domain admin account however when we try to create a user we get the following error: 

"Administration Service encountered an error when creating the object 'cn=George Clooney,OU=From TEST,DC=XYZ,DC=com'.

Value does not fall within the expected range"

We can browse the domain XYZ and create OU etc so not sure what is causing the error. 

For reference we are running version 7.4.5

    Hi  

    When you configured the two managed domains, are they configured to use "The service account information the Administration Service uses to logon" or "The Windows user account information specified below"?

    In the domain where you're unable to create users, but can create OU's, can you confirm the permissions being granted to the service account? Also in ARS confirm if the "Exclude from management scope" list linked and/or blocked

    Also confirm if any policies apply within the OU against user objects.
