If these are hybrid Exchange deployment, I'd check the value of msExchRemoteRecipientType, this Microsoft Answers post (Recipient Type Values) should give you the values you're looking for.

this does not help. For example, it shows for my account the value, which means, it is migrated.

All of our mailboxes are migrated, so they have all of them the value 4.

When looking at my hybrid account in our domain, I appear with an msExchangeRemoteRecipientType of 6, meaning ProvisionArchive & Migrated

Could you check if any of your users appear with similar values? I suspect you want to be looking for accounts with the values yellow as below, showing the a ProvisionArchive (you might want to exclude room/equipment and shared mailboxes from the below list if you're not interested in these objects.)
