I need a query for a dynamic group for accounts with an archive in Exchange online.
Is there any attribute I can use for this?
In worst case I would have to run a script, which connects to and to query the users there, but a query would be much easier.

When looking at my hybrid account in our domain, I appear with an msExchangeRemoteRecipientType of 6, meaning ProvisionArchive & Migrated
Could you check if any of your users appear with similar values? I suspect you want to be looking for accounts with the values yellow as below, showing the a ProvisionArchive (you might want to exclude room/equipment and shared mailboxes from the below list if you're not interested in these objects.)
