Hi Team.
I have a workflow that picks up with a VA is being changed and as part of this flow it sends it of for approval first.
What i would like to do is have Initial Approver 0 approve the request but then it send it on to a another approval stage and when thats approved there to actually perform the change.
To give a bit of background / example. User A calls the Service Desk and says i want access to X Software. Our SD tick a box for X Software and this kicks off an approval process. The first approval is from a Manager saying yes this is fine, The seconds stage is the person responsible for keeping track of the license. So Manager approves then licensing persons approved and the change takes place. Is the Manager just going to need to escalate it each time rather than approving?
