EOL - Mail Flow Settings - Delivery Options

Hi Team.

I am trying to delegate EOL - Mail Flow Settings - Delivery Options to our Service Desk so they can change the Send on behalf. No matter when setting give them read /. write the option is never available to them. Anyone know what the correct attribute is to allow them?

If you look at the built-in Azure - Full Control Access Template, there's a permission item in there for edsva-ExchOlMsExch-SendAsTrustees. Have you tried to delegate read / write for that one?
