how to migrate policies from one ARS to Another ARS that install in another domain

Hello Experts,

We have an old environment where ARS installs and manages users and groups .Going to create new environment where policies need to new environment.

how to migrate the old policies to new domain environment.

    There are three ways I can initially think of:

    - If the old environment is version 7.x or newer, then the configuration can be directly imported into a new deployment within the Configuration Center.

    - Install the Configuration Transfer Wizard, located in the Active Roles installation media under the Solutions folder, which can export data from versions 6.7 and newer.

    - In the Active Roles MMC, items can be directly exported by right-clicking on them or the folder that contains them. They can then be imported into the new version.

    is any KB or related links that I can follow to create strategy to do migration to new environment.

    Any help will be aprricated
