For testing, if you were to create a new web site (say TEST) using the OOTB "Site for Administrators" template, do you get the same issue? Also can you confirm you installed the Safeguard Authentication Services component post upgrade (assume you upgraded)?

its fresh installation. some user are able to access without error.getting this error for specific users.

the arswebadmin url is accessible and object are listed but when tried to access any group or any objects within active directory or in search  for some users are not accessible.

Apologies for the delay, would also be worth checking what happens if the user is using the console (MMC).

Also when you say some users are getting the error and some aren't, you don't happen to have multiple web servers or web sites they access do you?

the issue is resolved just restarted services as it fresh installation ,someting from backend was seems stuck.
was facing login issue here in community so late replied Apologies .
