ForBrokerCoreSystem, we have removed group: InfoDir-BrokerCore-PROD-CaseManager in Jan 2023, however it is still in the active roles group. If this is a delay in the system, could you please help remove this group as well as the users ASAP?
Sounds like the group in question was deprovisioned and not deleted.
I would suggest you go into the AR MMC, locate the group in the Active Directory tree and delete it there. Take note of the prompt that appears asking if you really want to delete the group and make sure you say "YES".
