I had previously removed group in Jan 2023, however it is still in the active roles group. And someone suggests me to go into the AR MMC, locate the group in the Active Directory tree and delete it there, but I cannot find "AR MMC".

The Active Roles Console is an MMC snapin and it is a client used for the Active Roles Administration Service. It's installed on the Active Roles Administration Service host.
The Active Roles Console allows a user to find and modify objects in Active Directory as well as the Active Roles configuration.
Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing and provide more details?
