Gartner Peer Insights and One Identity: Your Customer Experience Just Got Better

Think about the last time you bought something online. If you thought about purchasing a product that was new to you, or from an unfamiliar company, you probably didn’t make your decision purely on what the company had to say about their product, right? Nope. You want to know what your peers thought and experienced, and how the product is rated by its users. One Identity gets that, and that’s why we’re now participants in the Gartner Peer Insights Customer First program.

Okay… What’s That?

Basically, the Gartner Peer Insights program means that we welcome all feedback from our customers. And here’s the most important part: we’ll not only read each of your reviews, but we will use your insight to aid in product development, service and support. Your feedback can contribute to how we evolve the feature set and functionality of our AD Account Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions.
