Report Subscription error

Hi, 

 

I have configured a report for sending mail auto and the user have logged in and subscribed the report.

User is receiving the report on daily basis but still the Job queue shows the below frozen process.

ErrorMessages = [System.IO.IOException] The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\idam_sa_prd\AppData\Local\Temp\New Students created Yesterday_2017-01-26_04-00-07.pdf' because it is being used by another process.

    I would check if you have a custom process chain at the same table, meant as replacement but haven't disabled (set to no generate) the OOTB process.

    No Markus, I don't have any custom process for reports.

    Another thing to investigate - as the error suggests, some process already has an open file handle on the CSV and when another one is invoked it tries to export to the same file and fails.

    I'd recommend you manually delete that file and re-activate the process step - this should get you through the frozen job. Then investigate any possibility if you could have multiple instance of the same process trying to write to the same filename.
