Business Roles in IT shop version 7

Hi Team,

I have configured 5 Business roles, Based on some condition Business Roles will trigger with Account definition and the user will be getting the access.

I want to add the Business roles in IT shop and also need to add 1 level of approver(group of people) for the same. Please advice.

Use the method "Create assignment resource..." to make a business role requestable. In the following post it is described more accurately.
