The alternative recipient is unable to receive emails for a user who is de-provisioned through Q1IM V6 and even the mailbox is unable to be attached to Outlook.
I suspect the cause is the VI_EXK10_ADSAccount_Hide_MailObject process, there is a step called 'Hide Mailbox' with description 'All proxy addresses are removed from mailbox, HideFromAddressbook is set to TRUE, the max size of sent messages is set to 1 KB and the adress update on RUS is disabled'
All I want is to disable the user when de-provisioned and keep all Exchange attributes set. Note that DelayDelete is 60 days.
How can the alternative recipient receives emails and open the mailbox of this user again ?
