Why Multi-request resource for IT Shop gets state Unsubsribed?

We've created Multi-request resource for IT Shop. After request is granted by the manager it gets state "Unsubscribe"? How to get state "OrderGranted"?

On "Request History" view it has state "Assigned" but in PersonWantsOrg it has "Unsubscribed" state.
