Why Multi-request resource for IT Shop gets state Unsubsribed?

We've created Multi-request resource for IT Shop. After request is granted by the manager it gets state "Unsubscribe"? How to get state "OrderGranted"?

"Figure 16: Request for a multi request resource" from article https://support.oneidentity.com/technical-documents/identity-manager/7.1.1/it-shop-administration-guide/60 implies that after Request is approved it should get "Assigned" state. After approval by the manager we get "Unsubscribed" state? We didn't do cancellation.

What did I miss?

On "Request History" view it has state "Assigned" but in PersonWantsOrg it has "Unsubscribed" state.

The figure shows that the request goes from 'OrderProduct' to 'Assigned' to 'Unsubscribed'
