Need to setup IT Shop Product that allows a staff member to request a product (i.e. Exchange Account) for a student. Anyone done this?

We need to have faculty and staff request an email account on our inhouse system on behalf of a student. Not sure which direction to go in. Anyone done this or have an idea as to bes way to pull this off. This is our first forey into IT Shop.

  • If a Student does not exists in the employee and ADSUsers You can only do it as an multi requestable resource with some request properties. Then create a custom process which would create desired accounts and run it.
