Need to setup IT Shop Product that allows a staff member to request a product (i.e. Exchange Account) for a student. Anyone done this?

We need to have faculty and staff request an email account on our inhouse system on behalf of a student. Not sure which direction to go in. Anyone done this or have an idea as to bes way to pull this off. This is our first forey into IT Shop.

    If a Student does not exists in the employee and ADSUsers You can only do it as an multi requestable resource with some request properties. Then create a custom process which would create desired accounts and run it.
